1) Must be Smart, Enterprising, Hard-Working & Honest and should be fluent in English, Hindi & Bengali

2) An experience of 1-3 years in the field of Sales & Marketing of building materials / products (Facade products, Hardwares, Architectural products, etc) is preferable.

3) It would be preferable if the candidate has a prior sales experience in the Retail markets for Building products of Eastern India especially Kolkata, Guwahati, Ranchi, Siliguri, etc.

4) Should have or should be able to build a good rapport with architects, builders, consultants, contractors / fabricators and company's present customers.

5) A good knowledge about local areas (Roads, Lanes & By-Lanes) in & around Kolkata, Barasat, Dum-Dum and other surrounding areas is preferred.

6) Computer skills required: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Search & Emails

Salary:INR 1,25,000 - 1,75,000 P.A. Incentives & reimbursements are part of the job
